Choose Always move to Other inbox if you want all future messages from the sender to be delivered to the Other tab.If moving a single message from Other to Focused, choose Move to Focused inbox. Right now, If I highlight cells A533:A555, the Merge and Center icon on the formatting toolbar is greyed out, and I cannot click it. Mail merge is not just for documents you can use it for brochures, newsletters, or materials for mass mailings.
You’ll be informed about email flowing to Other, and you can switch between tabs any time to take a quick look. The Focused and Other tabs will appear at the top of your mailbox. Under When email is received, select Sort messages into Focused and Other.Then chose Display settings > Focused Inbox. Look at the top right and click on the the gear shaped icon.This can be done in outlook by going to preferences -> General -> Make default.

It is not configured in the PC based Outlook client on campus. You have to make Outlook for Mac the default application before it works. IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft Outlook’s Focused Inbox is available in the Outlook 365 (webmail) interface, the iOS mobile interface and the Mac Outlook interface. Your most important emails are on the Focused tab while the rest remain easily accessible-but out of the way-on the Other tab. Focused Inbox separates your inbox into two tabs-Focused and Other.
